Job Description
- Provide portfolio governance, financial management, and constantly look for opportunities to eliminate duplicate processes
- Ensure Project Managers are following policies & procedures that are set forth by the Central PMO team
- Document meeting materials, Risk and issue identification, communication and resolutions
- Own the PPM tool, updating portfolio financials and providing consistent reports.
Participate in Steering Committees and executive level communications on the status of the program as well as present actions for decision making - Engage with multiple areas of the business including finance, audit, technology, etc.

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience working in project management office and strong knowledge of PM strategies and processes.
- 3+ years of experience working in Financial Services or management consulting.
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with Senior Leaders.
- Experience working with Finance team to oversee project budgets and financials. Experience with Oracle applications is a nice to have.
- Strong time management skills and experience working in fast pace environments.
