Job Description



  • Handle benefits setup, maintenance, processing, and reporting.


  • Administer healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA), working with vendors and supporting both domestic and limited international benefits.


  • Manage data using Excel (pivot tables) and various data sets, with hands-on experience in benefits administration.


  • Support projects related to benefits, well-being, and sustainability.


  • Provide superior service to lawyers and staff, ensuring efficient and effective departmental operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate must have experience working with vendors for medical, dental, and vision, etc.


  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in healthcare plan administration and vendor management.


  • Confident public speaker and proficient in Excel.


  • Experience with BeSwift and Workday is preferred, but not required.
