Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and culture.
  • Design and modify benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks, to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
  • Ensure that all benefits programs are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and other relevant laws.
  • Oversee relationships with benefit plan providers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Develop and manage the benefits budget, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost containment.
  • Lead the annual open enrollment process, including plan design changes, communication, and employee education.
  • Manage a team of benefits professionals

  • 10+ years of Benefits experience
  • Experience managing a team
  • Previous retail experience
