The Benefits Manager will report to their Santa Paula office five days a week.The Benefits Manager will make sure employees have access to health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks like wellness programs and time-off benefits. They handle everything from working with vendors and answering employee questions to making sure the plans are fair, cost-effective, and meet all legal requirements.
