Industry leading NY based insurance company focused on real estate. This is a remote position with occasional travel to the office for open enrollment.

Description
-Meet with employees in NY office as well as be able to communicate through calls
-Handle all QMCSO and QDRO requests
-Manage all benefit enrollment including annual enrollment
-Participate in all special projects as well as perform additional duties
-Provide data collection to outside sources
-Take work related injury reports
-Provide counsel to any and all employees who may have an issue with management, coworkers, etc
-Manage third party vendors and all compensation that comes with it
-Retirement, current, and new employee compensation
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree requires
Minimum of five years handling health and welfare employee benefits
Knowledge of DOL, ERISA, and ADA as well as any other state and federal requirements
CEBS and other HR related certifications preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Pension administration experience
ability to work as an individual but also with a team
Extremely organized with file documentation
Ability to manage benefit providers and ensure excellent service
Wants to constantly improve office flow and work
