This role ensures that employees are well-informed, engaged, and properly supported in all matters related to health, wellness, and leave benefits. The ideal candidate will bring strong multi-state compliance knowledge and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

As a company that values quality, culture, and community, they are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Benefits Manager to join their HR team and support our workforce with compassion, clarity, and compliance.

Job Description



  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs across multiple states, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and wellness initiatives


  • Lead benefits enrollment, life event processing, and open enrollment annually


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related employee inquiries-providing clear, bilingual guidance


  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, CFRA, etc.)


  • Administer leave of absence programs including Workers' Comp, FMLA, CFRA, STD, and LTD; manage tracking and documentation


  • Liaise with vendors, brokers, and carriers to resolve claims and service issues


  • Create and deliver bilingual benefits communications and training material

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, including multi-state experience (required)


  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)


  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations


  • Experience managing leave programs and benefits compliance
