Job Description

  • Administer corporate benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, COBRA, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, wellness, 401(k), and other fringe benefit programs.
  • Administers Tuition Reimbursement Program and Corporate Matching Gift Program.
  • Files and serves as point of contact for workers compensation claims. Ensure applicable notices posted and supports annual Workers Compensation Audit.
  • Responsible for communication with team members regarding eligibility, family status changes, online benefit enrollment, coordination of the annual open enrollment process, and maintenance of benefits information on the Company intranet.
  • Perform 401(k) transaction processing to include: enrollments, contribution changes, loans, beneficiary enrollments, payroll reconciliation, funding and terminations.
  • Review and audit vendor invoices and for numerous benefit providers.
  • Maintain key relationships with benefit providers and broker and help in the coordination and communication of benefit related initiatives and projects, including annual enrollment.
  • Other projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
  • Experience organizing and executing open enrollment.
  • Effective Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
