The role serves as the primary liaison with clients, managing inquiries in both Japanese and English, organizing user applications, and tracking web ID setups. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, familiarity with finance and transactional banking, and experience in tracking client requests, with additional tasks including FX hedging support and custody-related inquiries.

Job Description



  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely responses in both Japanese and English.


  • Organize and process applications for website users, ensuring smooth setup and access for clients.


  • Track the setup of each web ID, ensuring all user accounts are accurately configured and promptly activated.


  • Respond to client requests, provide guidance, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.


  • Assist with backup support for FX hedging and other custody-related inquiries, contributing to overall client service and operational needs.


  • Utilize Excel to track and manage client requests, providing accurate and timely updates on progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • Will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to manage and track client requests efficiently.
  • They will possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and respond promptly.
  • A strong understanding of finance and transactional banking is preferred, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • The candidate should also be proficient in Excel and able to adapt to additional responsibilities, such as providing backup support for FX hedging and other custody-related tasks.
