This role is ideal for a junior HR professional who can understand processes end-to-end within a fast-paced, chemical manufacturing environment.The position is heavily focused on managing leave of absence (LOA) tracking and administration, while also supporting key HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
