Our client is a reputable, family-owned General Contractor based just south of Boston that has been in business for over 25 years. They operate in a number of sectors including Academics, Lab & Life Sciences, and Corporate Interiors with projects valued up to $100M. They are also known for being a great place to work, promoting their employees from within and having very low turnover. With a solid pipeline of work ahead with highly complex projects requiring heavy coordination, they are looking to grow their team by bringing on an experienced BIM/VDC professional.

Job Description

The BIM Manager - Large-Scale Lab & Life Science Projects will be responsible for:

  • acting as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects
  • producing and maintaining BIM execution plans
  • identifying and measuring BIM implementation
  • keeping up-to-date with advancements in building technology

The Successful Applicant

The right BIM Manager - Large-Scale Lab & Life Science Projects will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in BIM/VDC Coordination/Management for a GC, Subcontractor, or AEC Consulting Firm
  • a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field
  • knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD
  • strong communication skills, both verbal & written
