Job Description

  • Handle all on-boarding for North America & Canada
  • On-board temporary employees and contractors for W2 & 10-99 employees
  • Support the Manager of Temporary On-Boarding Services & Director of Payroll
  • Function as a welcoming and available resource for employee and consultant questions
  • Maintain all employee personnel files in compliance with federal and state guidelines
  • Collect and process all new hire paperwork for temporary employees
  • Ensures that all compliance documents are received and maintained for internal and external audit
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed
  • ADP onboarding for all candidates
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel along with ability to learn additional applications
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with both employees and management and to professionally and confidently interact with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality
  • Training will be provided*

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 1-3+ years of On-Boarding, Human Resources, Administrative Support, and/or Customer Service experience
  • Strongly proficient using ADP or a similar software
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Must be patient, have a customer service mindset, and be extremely organized
  • Ability to work a part of a team and independently
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Opportunity to work in Midtown Manhattan or Stamford, CT office
  • *Must be able to train in Stamford, CT to start*
