Job Description

* Collaborate with Brand Development, Below the Line, PR, and the Sales Team to Develop & Execute Annual Marketing Plans & Activation's
* Manage portfolio Marketing Budget
* Lead on Brand Education (Brand Master Bios, Presentations & Videos, Winemaker & Brand Ambassador Bios)
* Lead Development or Procurement of Brand Assets including Bottle Shots, Winery & Vineyard Imagery, Labels, Logos, Brand Videos, Websites, Brochures, Tech Sheets, Sell Sheets, etc.
* Lead the Roll-out of New SKUs (Shippers, UPC, Tech Sheets, Product Samples)
* Manage and Develop Global Supplier Relationships with Partner Wineries
* Assist Sales with Winery Visit Requests, Sales Trips to Wineries, and Supplier Visit across US markets
* Help Manage External Agencies & Partners, including Consortiums, Trade Groups, etc.
* Collaborate with PR on Supplier Communications / Press Story Pitching
* Work with Social Media Team on brand/portfolio Social Media/Digital activations
* Assist & Collaborate with the eCommerce Team to make brand websites shoppable, with assets and promotions
* Manage Brand participation at Events / Wine Festivals
* Collaborate with Sales Team on Event Tastings & Online Webinar Planning & Execution

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree
* 4-5 years of marketing with relevant Luxury/Fine Wine experience is a plus
* Solid understanding of the 3-Tier Distributor system is a plus
* Experience working with Suppliers / Winemakers with Supplier Travel and USA Activations
* Marketing Strategic Approach & Planning experience
* Experience working with Social/Digital Marketing, Public Relations, eCommerce
* Ability to multi-task & prioritize to deliver results on time and on or under budget
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
