Job Description

Strategic & Marketing Planning: Own and deliver the annual operating plan. Lead the development of breakthrough through-the-line consumer programs (which will integrate above the line, below the line, eCommerce, and trade-facing programs). Must be able to work/think across marketing functions - translating the universal idea so that the brand comes to life online and offline. Work closely with the field to translate brand plans into market plans.

Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional internal and agency teams (which includes but is not limited to the global brand owners, agencies, trade marketing, sales, category manager, and other business departments).

Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis and reporting of the market, category, consumer, competitors, and business needs to identify salient issues, opportunities, and activation strategies. Must also be commercially minded and able to analyze market data, pull out useful insights, and translate them into activation plans that drive growth.

Digital & Media: Must be digital in thinking. Should have a deep understanding of overarching media, digital, and social platforms and campaigns and how to leverage against the brand's strategic touchpoints. Strong understanding of the overall online ecosystem, from awareness generation to engagement to e-commerce.

Internal & External Brand Champion: Leverage excellent presentation and story-telling skills, passion, and energy to be the primary advocate for the brand internally (e.g. management
presentations, sales force meetings, etc.) and externally (e.g. in front of Distributors, key customers,
PR events etc.).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
* 5+ years of marketing experience in Bev Alc, Consumer Packaged Goods, or on a lifestyle brand
* Marketing strategic approach and planning
* Solid understanding of the 3-Tier Distributor system, is a plus
* Ability to multi-task & prioritize to deliver results on time and on-or-under budget
* Ability to interact with all levels of management and personnel, locally and abroad
* Proven desire and ability to think strategically and creatively, coupled with financial acumen and
strong analytical / problem-solving skills
* Solid experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning, shopper marketing
and brand-building activities. Ability to turn insights into marketing actions and recommendations
* Proven track record of excellence in converting 21+ gen z, millennial & multi-cultural consumer
insights into effective growth drivers
* Intimate understanding and experience in social and digital marketing
* Proficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), syndicated database experience (Nielsen)
