Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Train and mentor project teams on safety protocols
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and local regulations
  • Prepare safety reports and documentation for leadership and clients
  • Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to mitigate risks

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of safety management experience in commercial construction
  • OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or CSP preferred
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and enforce safety culture across teams
