Job Description

*Project lead and ownership of key strategic project including all documentation, testing, post implementation review and stakeholder sign off *BA responsibilities - production of business analysis documentation, liaison with Subject Matter Experts to define current and planned business flows, prioritization of developments and liaison with multiple stakeholders Customers / Stakeholders *Global Markets Business - Americas regional business leads & COO community.
*Global Markets Operations - Americas regional ExCo.
*Internal IT and external vendors.
Leadership & Teamwork
*To work effectively within the global change team and build effective relationships with the Ops Line team, trading and IT counterparts *Ability to work with staff at all levels; to work with SMEs but also present to Senior Management *Support the relationship with key vendors to ensure effective delivery Operational Effectiveness & Control *Strong relationship building skills - to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors *Ability to own and deliver projects from inception to post-delivery review.
*Global perspective
*Strong Change management skills gained through at least 5 years dedicated change experience preferably in a similar environment *Good understanding of regulatory and commercial environment *Excellent communication, escalation and issue management skills

* Requirements gathering
* Documentation preparation, including management of testing phase with SMEs
* Very strong investigative skills
* Ideally holding a formal project qualification, for example Six Sigma or Prince2
* Strong vendor management skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Global perspective
* Good understanding of operational risk
* Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Very strong communication, escalation and issue management skills.
* Operations experience at a top tier broker or Investment Bank
Preferred but not essential;
* Knowledge of trade life cycle for Markets.
* Knowledge of CLARITY project reporting tool, inc. use of workbench.
