Job Description

Drive the delivery of key initiatives through thorough business and data analysis, process documentation, and effective change management practices.
Gather and document business requirements, create process flow diagrams, develop user stories and BRDs, and design screen mock-ups to support solution design.
Perform detailed data analysis, including financial reconciliations, monitoring, and implementation of data processes and controls to ensure data integrity.
Support change management efforts such as user documentation, communication memos, and training, while also providing day-to-day user support and identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.

The Successful Applicant

5-7 years of experience in business and data analysis, with a solid understanding of quality assurance, technology implementation, and change management initiatives.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of SQL/VBA considered a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural team setting.
