About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization in the consumer goods industry. This person will report directly to the Director of Digital Product.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology projects.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in business analysis within the technology sector.
  • 4+ years' experience in WMS, supply chain technologies, or EDI implementations.
  • Experience in software testing and agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in working on cross-functional teams to deliver results.
