Description

Lead the identification of business requirements, working closely with Sales, Operations, Community Development, and other teams.
Document business requirements for Agile software development, producing user stories, process flows, and other analysis artifacts.
Make solution recommendations, identifying opportunities for standardization in line with corporate strategy.
Liaise with offshore technical teams.
Assist with product backlog grooming sessions, defect triangle, and participate in sprint demos.
Assist in planning and executing the migration of business operations to new platforms.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience in process blueprinting/mapping and user story.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with offshore IT teams.
