Business Analyst/Solutions Architect - O2C, P2P

• Analyze and document O2C and P2P business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and implementations.
• Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or upgrades.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business services and technology.
