Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales process selling CNC Machining services.
  • Manage existing clients and portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the industry.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and competitive information.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in sales or business development in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Ideal background selling CNC Machining services, or other additive manufacturing services.
  • Background selling in medical industry is ideal.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
