About Our Client

Our client is a prominent leader in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters. They manage several globally recognized brands in air, gas, and liquid filtration and are seeking a professional to expand their aftermarket/replacement filter segment within the US market. This is a remote, work-from-home role with travel requirements. The company has a strong presence in Europe and is now aiming to replicate that market dominance in the US.

Job Description

  • Responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy within North America.
  • Implement strategies for business development
  • Break into and build relationships with huge potential accounts
  • Deliver incremental Aftermarket sales growth in line with company 5 year strategy.
  • Increase install base retention rates with longer term plans.
  • Identify key accounts to target and hunt
  • Be a part of a team who will lay the foundation for all future US success
  • Close full sales cycles in a place where success is rewarded
  • You need to be a hunter who is used to long sales cycles

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Engineering Preferred)
  • Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications.
  • Aftermarket experience is a MUST
  • Filtration experience is needed.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development ideally within industrial air filtration.
  • Ability to independently manage sales and channel growth in NA.
  • Must be entrepreneurial and able to succeed in a smaller company environment.

  • Need to have experience breaking into new target accounts

Competitive base salary $140-160k base + 30% bonus, full benefits, 401K, PTO, fully remote work.
