About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters. They lead several market leading brands on a global scale in air, gas, liquid filtration and are looking for someone to grow their Oil & Gas Filtration sector.

This is a remote work from home position located in the central or eastern part of the united states.

Job Description

KEY Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy across the US within large industrial OEM accounts.
  • Focus on new business acquisition within the air and industrial filtration sector.
  • Build in person and lasting client relationships.
  • Client facing sales role, driving the full sales cycle.
  • Implement strategies to retain install base customers and displace competitors within filtration.
  • Devise and manage an extensive aftermarket growth plan.
  • Deliver incremental Aftermarket sales growth in line with company 5 year strategy.
  • Increase install base retention rates with longer term plans.
  • Identify key customer growth strategies

The Successful Applicant

Experience Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Engineering Preferred)
  • Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications.
  • Experience in air or oil and gas filtration a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, account management, business development ideally within industrial air filtration.
  • Ability to independently manage sales and channel growth in a given region.
  • Must be entrepreneurial and able to succeed in a smaller company environment.
