Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Analyze competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  2. Business Development Strategy:
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish relationships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and offering strategic solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.

  4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
    • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  5. Industry Networking and Thought Leadership:
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
    • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert through thought leadership initiatives.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the managed services or enterprise integration space.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise integrated hardware solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
