About Our Client

A leading general contractor headquartered in Arizona, with successful operations in Arizona, Colorado and California. They have achieved unbelievable success in the car wash and gas station construction sector, now focused on diversifying their portfolio. To support this expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth in the Quick Serve and restaurant construction space.

Job Description

✔ Develop and execute a business development strategy to secure new QSR and restaurant projects.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, franchisees, owners, and key decision-makers.

✔ Identify and track new project opportunities across Arizona, California, and Colorado.

✔ Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating and preconstruction, to ensure project feasibility and competitive proposals.

✔ Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

The Successful Applicant

✅ Phoenix-based preferred, but remote for candidates with proven success winning QSR construction projects.

✅ Strong network and experience in commercial construction business development.

✅ Deep understanding of Restaurant/QSR construction requirements, timelines, and challenges.

✅ Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
