Description

* Grow and manage your own book of business

* Source for and screen new candidates to fill open roles on the market

* Manage hiring process from start to finish

* Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates

* Conduct market research to create business development targets

* Generate leads and hunt for new business to create and cultivate partnerships with new clients

* Cold call both potential candidates and potential clients

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's Degree

* 1-5 years of recruitment or B2B sales experience

* Successful track record in recruitment or sales

* Outgoing personality with the drive to fight for new business

* Team oriented individuals that thrive in collaborative environments
