Description

The main responsibilities are:

  • Work closely with the Director of Data Analytics to create and maintain a product process backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated reporting for the Business Intelligence stakeholders
  • Identify business pain-points and work with Supply Chain and other business departments to drive digital transformation
  • Maintain awareness of changes to business strategy, goals, and processes to ensure requirements appropriately reflect the needs and priority of the business
  • Manage business outcomes & metrics specific to their area and provide inputs to defining SLAs
  • Maintain accuracy and level of details of business requirements from BRDs and relevant stakeholders
  • Quantify business benefits for the organization to be tracked while preparation of business case and post project implementation
  • Optimize change management process as key point of contact for business processes best practices

The Successful Applicant

The main qualifications are:

  • Previous working experience as a Product/Process Manager for 5+ year(s)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements from users and objectives, conducting voice of customer exercises.
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation and diagrams
  • Experience with E-commerce and/or B2B solutions preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments (SaFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and not require sponsorship in the future
