Description

The main responsibilities are:

• Work closely with the Director of Data Analytics to create and maintain a product process backlog according to business value or ROI
• Prepare and deliver consolidated reporting for the Business Intelligence stakeholders
• Identify business pain-points and work with Supply Chain and other business departments to drive digital transformation
• Maintain awareness of changes to business strategy, goals, and processes to ensure requirements appropriately reflect the needs and priority of the business
• Manage business outcomes & metrics specific to their area and provide inputs to defining SLAs
• Maintain accuracy and level of details of business requirements from BRDs and relevant stakeholders
• Quantify business benefits for the organization to be tracked while preparation of business case and post project implementation
• Optimize change management process as key point of contact for business processes best practices
