  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Ability to think critically, deal with difficult conversations and think on your feet is essential
  • Ensure a smooth, smart, innovative and engaging recruiting process to establish an outstanding candidate experience
  • Support the development of our interviewers through training and coaching
  • Work closely with HR teams globally on design and implementation of campus recruiting efforts to ensure alignment and coordination across each business unit
  • Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs, and collaborating with them to offer strategic recruitment guidance

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
  • Exceptional people skills, developed through experience in client-facing roles or customer service and support
