Job Description

  • Perform the duties and responsibilities of a CAPA Manager
  • Oversee one investigator to start, will be adding a second
  • Provides compliant solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Provides guidance to other Professionals and Technicians.
  • Identify areas of process improvement
  • Ensure compliant documentation as it pertains to the responsibilities of the role
  • Maintain efficient and constructive communication with employees, managers, and peers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in CAPA's, deviations, and non-conformances
  • Bachelors degree
  • Medical Device manufacturing experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Experience overseeing direct reports
