Job Description
- Perform the duties and responsibilities of a CAPA Manager
- Oversee one investigator to start, will be adding a second
- Provides compliant solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Provides guidance to other Professionals and Technicians.
- Identify areas of process improvement
- Ensure compliant documentation as it pertains to the responsibilities of the role
- Maintain efficient and constructive communication with employees, managers, and peers.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in CAPA's, deviations, and non-conformances
- Bachelors degree
- Medical Device manufacturing experience
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Experience overseeing direct reports
