As the CFO your responsibilities are:

• Overseeing all financial aspects of the organization while developing and managing an Accounting and Finance team.
• Implementing operational best practices.
• Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems.
• Work with the ownership and leadership teams to help drive strategic growth.
• Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Maximizing return and limiting risk on cash by minimizing bank balances and making investments.
• Ensuring that record-keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
• Reporting financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
