The CFO will oversee all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This role is crucial for managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting across multistate operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the skilled nursing industry, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and a proven ability to lead and mentor finance teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Description



  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.


  • Financial Operations Management:
    • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.


  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, particularly within the skilled nursing industry.
    • Manage the year-end audit process and maintain strong internal controls.


  • Performance Evaluation & Risk Management:
    • Lead financial analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
    • Drive financial performance improvements through informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicant



  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation required.


  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, with a strong background in the skilled nursing industry.
    • Expertise in multistate financial management for mid to large-sized organizations.


  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective leadership and communication skills.
