Job Description

  • Lead the estimating team and oversee all project cost estimation activities.
  • Develop accurate and competitive project budgets and bids.
  • Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and cost.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Negotiate and establish contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, costs, and industry standards.
  • Implement and improve estimating processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators.
