Chief Estimator - Life Science Construction

• Lead all estimating efforts for Life Science projects from concept through GMP.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to develop budgets, cost models, and value engineering strategies.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Present estimates to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.
