Chief Operating Officer - Multifamily Construction

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for:

• Working with the President, Vice President, and Director of Construction to build their construction team internally and externally
• Build client and subcontractor relationships
• Work alongside project team and subcontractors to supervise and direct scheduling
• Establish project budget and forecast
• Manage project costs
• Mentor and develop project management staff
• Additional responsibilities
