Job Description

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Coordinate workforce, equipment, and resources for efficient daily operations and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align on project milestones and resolve issues.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, addressing safety concerns and optimizing workflow.
