MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Candidate Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.2-5 years of experience in civil construction or related engineering roles.Knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, and industry standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and construction project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).Familiarity with New Jersey state regulations and permitting processes preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across New Jersey.OSHA 30 certification.
