Job Description

The Civil Construction Project Manager will:

  • Lead and manage civil and utility construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns.
  • Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
