Civil Construction Project Manager - Paterson, NJ

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure and site development projects in the Paterson, NJ area. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal field teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and progress reports
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local/state requirements
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders
• Monitor job site activities to ensure quality workmanship and production efficiency
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
