Job Description



  • Direct daily field operations and supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly


  • Manage safety compliance, quality control, and schedule adherence on-site


  • Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and equipment to meet project milestones


  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors to resolve field issues promptly


  • Monitor project progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily reports


  • Enforce company and client safety standards and promote a positive, proactive safety culture


  • Lead by example to foster teamwork, accountability, and high performance in the field

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in civil construction


  • Strong background in one or more of the following:
    ▪️ Water/wastewater treatment plants
    ▪️ Underground utilities and heavy utilities
    ▪️ Site development and earthwork
    ▪️ Roads, bridges, and heavy civil infrastructure


  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


  • Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices


  • Comfortable managing multiple crews and subcontractors on complex job sites


  • Experience using construction management and reporting tools preferred
