Job Description


A construction project manager/estimator hybrid role combines the responsibilities of both project management and cost estimation. Key responsibilities include:



  1. Project Planning & Coordination: Overseeing the entire construction process, from initial design through project completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.


  2. Cost Estimation: Analyzing project specifications and drawings to provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other costs, helping clients make informed financial decisions.


  3. Budget Management: Monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle, making adjustments as needed to keep the project within budget.


  4. Procurement: Sourcing and managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services at the best possible price.


  5. Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.


  6. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in both budgeting and execution and developing strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring project success.
