Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, within the property industry.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project flow.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and technical drawings.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project success.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of materials and labor.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
