Safety is a top priority for them and they want their teams to have that same mentality while on the job sites.Job DescriptionLead early meetings with the clients, internal team, field crews, engineers, and architects to ensure a singular visionFormulate project time lines based off schematics and scopes of workLay out budgets and schedules for all trades and laborEnsure safety protocols are followed on site by communicating with the field superintendentsReview and process change orders when necessaryReview RFIs, Submittals, Permits, and other applicable documentationCommunicate effectively with the client, architects, and engineers on any necessary changes to the projectAssist with developing new employees in the business - project engineers, estimators, and field engineersMeet with internal leadership to inform them on the latest project updatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
