Job Description

Civil Superintendent - Boston, MA - $160k - Responsibilities



  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.


  • Report directly to the General Superintendent, working closely to ensure the seamless execution of all projects.


  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery.


  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained.


  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.


  • Utilize Procore, B2W, and Vista for project tracking, reporting, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

Civil Superintendent - Boston, MA - $160k - Will have



  • 8+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in civil, utility, or water/wastewater projects.


  • Ground-up construction experience is essential; experience with public projects is a plus.


  • Strong knowledge of Procore, B2W, and Vista software is required.


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.


  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.


  • A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
