Civil Superintendent/Project Manager

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Niagara Falls, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Prepare and review project schedules and reports to track milestones and deliverables.
• Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings during project execution.
