Client Relationship Manager

• Subject Matter Expert for client questions regarding trades, position, life cycle events, commissions, reporting, product offering
• Connecting with marketing team to keep abreast of client concerns or product asks and tracking this via internal databases
• Scheduling frequent meetings with priority clients to drive discussions around metric trends and outstanding issues
• Facilitate client requests for additional access to the mercury portal
