Job Description

  • Oversee the client reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly and quarterly reports by gathering and analyzing key financial data.
  • Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources to create comprehensive reports that meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
  • Assess existing reporting systems and workflows, identifying areas for automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including investment, data, and technology groups, to facilitate seamless communication and ensure alignment on reporting objectives.
  • Maintain and update documentation outlining reporting procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing and process consistency across teams.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, troubleshoot system errors, and respond to ad-hoc data requests with a proactive problem-solving approach.

The Successful Applicant

- 5+ years of Client Reporting, Performance Reporting, or Investment Reporting experience

- Experience from a Buy side

- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, ETC)

- Experience with Fixed Income products is a MUST

- Strong communication and written skills
