Job Description

The key responsibilities entail;

* Proactively follow up and ensure proper documentation/deliverables are being received from the appropriate parties including signed estimates and estimate entries in the finance system.

* Partner with the business unit team providing consistent communication and timely submission of deliverables regarding all client related financial information including, but not limited to invoicing status, A/R status and overages.

* Prepare and manage monthly invoicing and production reports. This includes PO/budget vs. estimate reporting.

* Leading regular billing meetings with account teams/project management to cover the current state of affairs with all jobs and raise awareness for potential issues in addition to outlining action items needed.

* Ensure accurate and consistent invoicing procedures are followed to help promote reliability across business units. This includes collaboratively compiling and maintaining a comprehensive and detailed 'Master Invoicing Guideline' document for shared use.

* Provide support to business unit account, operations, and finance teams. This includes delivering relevant reporting/information and participating in finance-related discussions for client calls/meetings.

* Provide support on special projects and create a variety of ad-hoc reporting both for internal finance purposes as well as external/client requests.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess;

* BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (preferred)

* 2+ years of work experience in finance or accounting role. Advertising or Service industry experience is preferred.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Understanding of General Accounting Principles.

* Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional and courteous working relationships and communicate effectively.

* Proactive and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Willing to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.

* Must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellence.
