As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a Clinical Marketing & Oncology Training Manager with expertise in the oncology space and a strong background in creating and deploying educational content through sales training and physician marketing programs.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Work with Sales Training counterparts, Product Managers, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other internal teams to create, update, and deliver training content for the domestic and international sales teams for designated divisions and products.Contribute to the team's development of training plans and messagingCollaborate with teammates on training phases for all sales teams: new hire training, advanced training, and ongoing trainingWork with the training team to plan, organize and execute meetingsFacilitate in-person training when appropriateIdentify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness through strategic trainingProvide clarification when product-related questions ariseAttend 1-2 relevant conferences per year related to scientific/clinical content, selling skills, sales enablement, etc.*This role may require up to 20% travel MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
