A rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision components and assemblies, with 18 sites across the U.S. and international locations. The Malden site, formed from a merger, has a stable workforce of about 145 employees, a 96% retention rate, and is fully booked for the next eight years.

Job Description



  • Utilize PC-DMIS programming skills to develop CMM programs for various feature types at different part stages (rough, semi-finish, finished), ensuring robust inspection routines.


  • Verify accurate representation of part features following GD&T standards.


  • Maintain detailed documentation of inspection programs, measurement data, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.


  • Collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers and production teams to address quality issues, determine next steps, and implement corrective actions.


  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize quality processes and inspection procedures.


  • Assist in training inspectors on CMM operation, inspection techniques, and quality standards.


  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality regulations, and company policies during all quality-related activities.


  • Perform root cause analysis to investigate quality issues and implement preventive measures to prevent recurrenc

The Successful Applicant



  • Some experience in CMM programming required; extensive experience is not necessary.


  • Solid foundation in quality assurance principles and practices.


  • Manufacturing experience is required; aerospace industry experience is preferred.


  • Legal requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder).
