Job Description

Program complex geometries for multi-axis CNC mills and lathes (MAZAK, OKUMA) using Mastercam or equivalent software.
Design and document machining setups and workholding strategies to ensure repeatable precision.
Evaluate part drawings and models to determine machining feasibility and sequence.
Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters based on material type and geometry.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality and Production to troubleshoot process issues and drive throughput.
Support the full lifecycle of components, from prototype development to final inspection.

The Successful Applicant

Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC machining-lathe and mill.
Strong programming proficiency in Mastercam (or similar CAM platforms).
Fluent in interpreting complex technical drawings and applying GD&T.
Comfortable working with aerospace-grade materials, including titanium and high-temp alloys.
Familiarity with metal manufacturing environments and lean principles.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Preferred: 5+ years in aerospace CNC manufacturing or a closely related field.
