Colorado Springs Commercial Superintendent

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Oversee material procurement and delivery schedules to avoid project delays.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for clients and internal teams.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the construction process.
